The Indianapolis Colts have targeted Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Shane Steichen to be their next head coach, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Indianapolis has informed other remaining candidates that they're moving in a different direction, Schefter reports.
The Colts and Steichen can't agree on a deal until after Super Bowl LVII. The two sides are expected to meet later this week, according to Schefter.
